Children & Youth

Overview

The Welfare Council's long-standing commitment to helping young people balance their physical, psychological, social and spiritual development has prompted it to develop a multitude of services for children and youth. These include  Children and Youth Integrated Services, counselling for primary school students, on-campus social services, Overnight Outreaching Service for Young Night Drifters, employment services, and even drug rehabilitation by the centre "Neo-Horizon". By providing them with support in life planning, career and personal development, we hope to groom our service users into positive, proactive, determined and well-rounded young people.
