Rehabilitation Services

The Welfare Council serves more than 1,700 intellectually disabled persons, recovering mental patients, and physically disabled individuals. It caters to the needs of the Tuen Mun community and emotionally troubled individuals and their families through community support and rehabilitation services. Meanwhile, our “Sunnyway – On the job Training Programme for Young People with Disabilities” offers vocational training, career counselling and mental rehabilitation services for young persons exhibiting early signs of mental illness.
