H.K.S.K.H. Tuen Mun Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness - The Club

 

 “The Club” is one of the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness (ICCMW) in Tuen Mun.  Through the one-stop and integrated service mode, “The Club” provides one-stop, district-based and accessible community support and social rehabilitation services ranging from early prevention to risk management for discharged mental patients, persons with suspected mental health or emotional problems, their families / carers and residents living in the serving district.

  1. To enhance body-mind-spirit holistic health care of the residents in the serving district
  2. To cultivate positive and joyful lives in the community
  3. To establish a harmonic community with good neighbourhood relationships

 

We serve

“The Club” serves the district of Tuen Mun Town Centre, San Hui, Sam Shing, Hanford, San King, Leung King, Po Tin, Kin Sang, Siu Hong, Prime View, Fu Tai, Tuen Mun Rural. The target groups of “The Club” are those living in the district, including:

  • Discharged mental patients aged 15 and above
  • Persons with suspected mental health problems aged 15 and above
  • Family members / carers of the above persons
  • Residents with interest in understanding and improving their mental health
  • living in the private residential care home for persons with disabilities

Operating hours

Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Thursday: 1:00pm to 5:00pm
