About Us
The Caring Journey
The Welfare Council embarked on its “Caring Journey” in 2003 to construct a caring culture and to encourage mutual support and acceptance among employees. The goal is to ensure all employees are on the same page as the Council as it sows the seeds of love and care within the community.
The Council also pays special attention to its employee’s physical and spiritual development, organising a number of themed activities and workshops, including those on spiritual faith, health and calmness, to give employees the time and space to explore spirituality and enlightenment, so they can become driven and healthy individuals. Some of the Council’s service units even have designated areas where employees can unwind and find spiritual nourishment.
